Dmitry Shul
Dmitry was called to the Bar in 2026. He earned his LL.B. from Yaroslav the Wise National Law University of Ukraine, a leading law school in the country, and later obtained his LL.M. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2025.
Dmitry began his articles under Carey Veinotte at Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP and followed his principal when the practice became Veinotte Mittal Litigation as an associate.
He brings extensive litigation experience to our team, having served as a paralegal at leading firms in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dmitry has a particular interest in commercial litigation, drawn to its complex fact patterns and the fast-paced demands of business disputes, and enjoys solving difficult legal problems.
Outside of work, Dmitry is an avid competitive swimmer.
Dmitry is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
