CAREY VEINOTTE

Carey Veinotte is partner of Veinotte Mittall Litigation.  Carey is a highly recognized Vancouver litigator with over three decades of experience, specializing in complex commercial disputes, fraud, and professional liability. As the former founder of Taylor Veinotte Sullivan and former national Co-Chair of Commercial Litigation at a national law firm, he has acted in high-stakes firm breakups and professional regulatory matters, appearing at all court levels in Canada. 

Carey began his law career in 1992, and has extensive experience in criminal law, aboriginal law, theft of trade secrets, conspiracy, defamation, securities enforcement, and workplace investigations. He is consistently recognized as a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation and as a top commercial litigator by Lexpert.

Carey has appeared at all levels of Court in Canada, and some in the US as well. His clients range from large organizations to individuals.
