Aivrey Mckinley

Aivrey is an associate at Veinotte Mittal Litigation. Aivrey completed her B.A. at McMaster University in 2021 and completed her J.D. at the University of Victoria in 2025. Aivrey was called to the Bar in 2026. 

Before joining Veinotte Mittal Litigation in 2026, Aivrey completed her articles at a mid-size full service firm in Vancouver, where she represented clients before the B.C. Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of B.C. 

During law school, Aivrey volunteered with multiple pro bono programs including Pro Bono Students Canada, the Business Law Clinic, and the Environmental Law Centre at the University of Victoria.
